Opened in 2006, Le Meridien Lav, a stunning resort set into the idyllic Dalmatian coastline. A preferred location
for events and conferences held in the region, amidst the largest conference and banqueting facilities found
on the Adriatic coastline, including 10 purpose-built meeting rooms and a Grand Ballroom with panoramic sea
views that can accommodate 850 delegates.
Le Meridien Lav is equipped with a large network of kitchens and food preparation areas, and employs a
50-strong team of chefs and dedicated cleaning staff. With such a large space and team to manage,
Tomislav needed system solutions that were intelligent, logical and ergonomic.
To ensure kitchen system solutions meet all of its needs, Le Meridien Lav opted for a selection of Rubbermaid
